“Information” & “subject matter” in this agreement refers to the pictures, videos, academic and other related content mentioned on the website.
Indian School of Languages may change the Terms & Conditions and other guidelines and rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the Site, or any information /subject matter or services, constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Your access and use of the Site, information, subject matter and Services will be subject to the most current version of the Terms & Conditions, rules and guidelines posted on the Site at the time of such use. If you breach any of the Terms & Conditions, your authorization to access or use this Site, Information, Subject matter and services automatically terminates, and any picture, videos/information downloaded or printed without permission from the Indian School of Languages in violation of the Copyright Laws and Terms & Conditions must be immediately destroyed.
Registration/ Enrolment
All required registration information provided must be current, complete and accurate and kept up to date on a prompt, timely basis. It is your sole responsibility to keep your and other sensitive information confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security, please notify ISL immediately.

The Information/ Subject matter (Pictures, Videos and other theory Content) and Services, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected to the fullest extent possible by applicable laws related to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”), and any unauthorized use of the Materials or Services may violate such laws and the Terms & Conditions. These copyrights may belong to Indian School of Languages or to its partners who have granted ISL the right to use their content. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer the Site, Subject matter, Information or Services, any portions of the Site, subject matter or Services or the selection and arrangement of the Site, Subject matter or Services, except as expressly authorized herein. Restriction and Termination of Use
Indian School of Languages may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Site, Services and Subject matter at any time in ISL’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you or liability to ISL. If you violate the terms and conditions ISL may, at their sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid conditions.
Spam e-mail and Postings
In the event of your or others’ access to or use of the Site, Services or Information in connection with the transmission of spam newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail in violation of these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that ISL would be irreparably harmed there under and that monetary damages would be an insufficient and ineffective remedy therefore you agree that ISL is entitled to obtain immediate injunctive relief against any such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity). ISL may without restriction block, filter or delete unsolicited e-mail.
Advertisements and Promotions
Indian School of Languages may run advertisements and promotions from third parties via the Site, Services or Information in any manner or mode and to any extent. Your communications, activities, relationships and business dealings with any third parties advertising or promoting via the Site, Services or Subject matter/ Information, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, shall be solely matters between you and such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that ISL is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such non-ISL advertisers on the Site or in connection with the Services or Materials.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
ISL’s corporate office is located in Delhi, and the registered office is located in Gurugram, Indian. By accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by laws applicable to jurisdiction applicable in Delhi. In case of any litigation, it is agreed by both the parties that only courts in Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any matter to the exclusion of all other courts.
Indemnity and Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Indian School of Languages and its officials, directors, partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: A). Your user Subject matters and any other content (e.g., computer viruses) that you may submit, post to or transmit through the Site B). Your access to or use of the Site, Services or Subject matters (including any use by your employees, contractors or agents, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you, in connection with the Site or any Services or Subject matter). C). Your connection to the Site, Services or Subject matter /Information. D). Your violation of the Terms & Conditions. E). Your infringement of any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights when using any of the Software made available on the Site, Services or in any Subject matter. F). Your violation of any rights of any third party. G). Your access to or use of Linked Sites and your connections thereto. or H). Any dealings between you and any third parties advertising or promoting via the Site, Services or Subject matters/ Information’s.
Refund Policy
At Indian School of Languages, we strive to provide the highest quality training and consultancy services to our students and clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Course Fee Refund
- Before Course start date:
- A refund request made 7 days or more before the commencement of the course shall be eligible for a refund, deducting the administrative charges of 2000/- rupees.
- A refund request made within a week before the course start date shall be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
After course commencement:
- No refunds will be provided once the course has started.
Consultancy Services:
- Fee paid for consultancy (such as visa guidance, admission support or career counselling) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Fee paid for counselling services of any kind are non-refundable.
Study abroad or visa processing.
- Any third -party fee (application, embassy, translation, courier, etc) are non- refundable.
- ISL service fees for such processes are refundable only if the process has not been initiated, subject to a deduction of the administrative charges.
How to request a refund.
- Submit a written request with payment proof and reason for refund to the office or on authorised email of the organisation.
- Processing time for approved refunds shall be 10-15 working days.
Disputes and Management discretion
- All refund decisions are subject to the discretion of the ISL management, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with internal redressal procedures.
Compliance with ISL’s Legal Frame Work Policies:
This Legal Frame Work is applicable with immediate effect. Non -Compliance may lead to suspension, termination, or legal proceedings as per the gravity of the matter.
